Environmental Footprint Assessment & E.I.A.

Environmental Footprint Assessment & E.I.A.

The environmental (carbon) footprint of a business is the amount of greenhouse gases emitted by the sum of its direct & indirect operations.

Our team of specialists will carry out a full on-site inspection of your business premises and extract all the necessary data regarding the consumption of energy and water, the transportation of personnel, supplies and goods.

Using scientifically valid methods, we will draw up detailed reports and recommend a comprehensive plan of action to reduce emissions and resource use. By reducing your environmental footprint, you can protect the environment while also significantly reducing your operating costs.

We fundamentally believe in corporate social and environmental responsibility and sustainable business development. We provide the means of reducing your environmental footprint as a guide in the transition towards a modern European development model of sustainability and environmental protection.

Environmental Impact Assessment

An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is the scientific report which identifies and estimates the impact a project or activity will have on the environment, and propose measures to minimize negative impact.

In preparing an EIA study we examine alternatives in management and construction, in order to maintain the project’s yield and minimize its environmental impact. We also outline any technical issues that may arise during implementation and operation, and take into account the resources, equipment and infrastructure required.

An EIA by Entec Consultants can be seen as a holistic specification, which identifies all issues and protects from incompatible specifications. In this way, hidden costs that could affect the business are highlighted before a project reaches the implementation phase.

By additionally identifying and incorporating all legal requirements, the timeline of the project and the cost of environmental protection measures can be adequately assessed. These projections can be a determining factor in reducing our clients’ costs in construction and operation by 25% on average.
